  • (OPTIONAL) Initial consultation with our Naturopath (Liana) including possible blood and pathology work.

  • Follow up consultation with Liana to discuss results and recommendations.

  • Program creation and set up in our app with Hayley.

  • Sit down meal plan discussion

  • 4 weeks at a time Pilates plan with videos.

  • Weekly call coaching and adjusting if necessary

  • Meal plan and recipes.

  • Healthy daily habits to help you make positive changes.

  • Follow up with Liana at 6 weeks

  • 12 weeks of coaching to help guide you find your fittest, healthiest self

  • Ongoing coaching is available past the 12 weeks at a reduced rates
